That Best Country on Earth

I've been thinking about the odds. There are 195 countries in the world, so the chance of any single country being the "best" should be around 1 in 195. That's a bad bet even by casino standards. Since being born in any particular country doesn't automatically elevate it to the top, anyone who maintains they live in the "best" country in the world or the one that has the "best" of anything (health care, legal system, etc.) needs not only to explain precisely why theirs is so good, but also to show they've investigated all 194 of the others.
